Shipping policy

DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch all orders swiftly and efficiently. Our current dispatch times are as follows:

• Same-Day Dispatch:
  Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK time) on a working day will usually be dispatched the same day.

• Large Orders (e.g, large quantities of single cards (20+ Cards):
  While we strive to process all orders promptly, large orders may not be eligible for same-day dispatch unless they are placed before 1:15 PM. This allows our team sufficient time to accurately pick and securely pack the items.

UK MAINLAND

Royal Mail 24 - provides you with confirmation of delivery. Arrives in 1-2 working days. 

Royal Mail 48 - provides you with confirmation of delivery. Arrives in 2-3 working days. (Free with Orders over £75)

DHL Trackable Service - trackable service with 1-2 days delivery time. 

INTERNATIONAL (EUROPE)

Royal Mail International (Tracked) - you'll receive a tracking number to follow your purchase. Aims to arrive in 3-5 working days* (quoted from Royal Mail)

Please note a courier service may be used depending on the size of your order. Aims to arrive in 3-5 working days. 

INTERNATIONAL (REST OF WORLD)

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international packages. If a package is returned to us for any reason (incorrect address or failure to pay, for example) any charges incurred by PokeRand.Net in shipping/recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order.
